Nathan Lloyd Casting (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting your personal information. By sending us your application, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this notice.

When you respond to our casting call, we may collect the following:

Media Materials:

Self-tape or chat-to-camera videos

Showreels or CVs

We ask that you do not include sensitive information (such as health information, political views, or details about your ethnicity or religion) unless it is directly relevant to the casting brief and you choose to provide it.

We use the personal data you submit for:
Assessing your suitability for the project or role
Sharing your materials with the production company, director, or creative team
Communicating with you about the casting process
Creating shortlists and internal casting notes
Complying with legal obligations or industry best practice
We will not use your information for purposes unrelated to casting without your consent.

The production company commissioning the project
Directors, producers, or creative decision-makers

We keep your information only for as long as necessary for casting purposes and any legal or contractual requirements.
In most cases:
Unsuccessful applications: typically retained for up to 12 months unless you request deletion sooner.
Shortlisted or cast applicants: retained for the duration of the production and any required retention period.
You may request deletion at any time (see Section 6).

We store your materials securely using encrypted or access-controlled systems. Only authorised team members and relevant production partners will have access to your data. We take reasonable steps to prevent loss, misuse, unauthorised access, or disclosure of your information.
